Do you deliver everywhere in Qatar?
Yes. We deliver to every area of Qatar, and delivery is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 6 pm are usually delivered within 1–2 working days in Doha and 2–3 working days elsewhere in Qatar. We call you before we come.
How can I pay?
Pay online by debit or credit card through our secure MyFatoorah payment page, or pay cash on delivery.
Can I collect from a showroom?
Of course. Visit us at Landmark Mall or Mall of Qatar, every day from 8 am to 11 pm.
Diffusers
Which diffuser is right for my space?
Use our Diffuser Finder: enter the size of the room and it recommends the right model. As a rule of thumb, BS Mini and AE103 suit bedrooms, BS01 and MX-326 suit living rooms and majlis, BS02 suits villas and offices, and BS03 / BS-XL suit lobbies and showrooms.
What is cold-air diffusion?
Our diffusers turn the fragrance oil into a dry micro-mist without heat or water. The scent stays true, spreads evenly and never leaves residue on furniture.
Can I set working hours?
Yes. The BS01, BS02 and BS03 units have a digital timer: choose the days, the working hours and the intensity, and the diffuser runs on its own.
Is there a warranty?
Every diffuser comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your invoice and contact us on WhatsApp if anything goes wrong.
Do you install diffusers for businesses?
Yes. Our team visits your site, recommends the right units and scents, installs them and can refill them every month. Ask for a free proposal on our Business Solutions page.
Scent oils
Which bottle size should I choose?
10 ml is perfect to discover a scent or for the car. 250 ml lasts about two months in a home diffuser. 500 ml is the best value for large spaces and professional units.
How long does a bottle last?
It depends on the diffuser and the intensity you choose. At a typical home setting a 250 ml bottle lasts around 6–8 weeks. We can e-mail you a reminder when it is time to refill.
Can I use Bloom Scent oils in another diffuser?
Our oils are made for waterless (nebulising) diffusers. Do not use them in humidifiers, candles or heated burners.
Are the oils safe?
Our oils are made for air scenting only. Keep them away from children and pets, do not swallow, and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Returns page for details.
