14-day returns
We want you to love your Bloom Scent experience. If you are not satisfied, you can return a product within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Diffusers must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
- Fragrance oils can be returned only if the bottle is sealed and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Please keep your order number or invoice.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp or e-mail info@bloom-scent.com with your order number.
- We arrange a free pick-up anywhere in Qatar, or you can bring the product to one of our showrooms.
- Once we have checked the product, we refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, or exchange it if you prefer.
Faulty products
Diffusers have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your diffuser stops working, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
